!We are VIVA, a tour operator in Milan who organizes language courses all over the world since 1955. We offer courses for young students, adults, executives.

?Why do your clients book Berlin (and not other places in Germany)?

!Because it's the capital and is very trendy.

?What was the last time you met GLS staff? On a fair, a IALC roadshow...?

!Last year during the annual Workshop.

?Did you ever attend one of the GLS receptions after the Berlin workshop in November?

!No.

?Your impression of Berlin, especially the GLS district Prenzlauer Berg?

!It's a really modern neighbourhood, in the city centre. This location is very appreciated by the students.

?What do you like/dislike about GLS?

!The courses, the accommodation above all the campus.
